Do
Pray sincerely. Encourage without judging. Respect the requester’s privacy and faith tradition. Report content that appears dangerous, exploitative, fraudulent, or abusive.
Don’t
Do not shame people, debate their suffering, solicit money in comments, expose private information, pressure someone into direct contact, make threats, target protected groups, or use someone’s prayer request for promotion.
Sensitive situations
When a request suggests immediate danger or a serious crisis, prayer can accompany—but should not replace—appropriate emergency or professional support. Moderators may limit visibility or take other protective action when necessary.
Moderation
Automated checks may hold sensitive content for review. Human moderators can publish, close, reject, or remove content and can suspend accounts when community safety requires it.
